More than a visit count.

Most members think of their gym attendance as a string of check-ins. RepWrapped turns those check-ins into a more personal story about their consistency and progress.

What your system records

Check-in, Tuesday, 6:10 pm

What a member could see

“Four weeks in a row. That’s a habit.”

Celebrate consistency

Turn attendance streaks and milestones into moments members can feel proud of.

Make membership personal

Show members their own monthly habits, favourite training times and visit history.

Strengthen your community

Give members attractive, gym-branded graphics they can share and use to celebrate their gym.

From gym check-ins to member moments.

Three steps, no technical background needed. Here's the idea in plain terms.

  1. Use your attendance data

RepWrapped is designed to work with the check-in or attendance data your gym already has. How that data reaches us depends on your current system, and we'd work through it with you before promising anything.

  2. Create personalised recaps

Each member's visits become a branded monthly summary: their own numbers, streaks and milestones, laid out with your logo and colours.

  3. Deliver and celebrate

The intention is for recaps to go out automatically each month, in a form members can open on their phone, with no extra app to install.

A little more meaning behind every check-in.

What we're designing each monthly recap to include. The final feature set will depend on the data your gym has available.

Monthly visit statistics

Give members a simple view of how often they trained during the month.

Attendance streaks

Highlight consistent attendance over time, using clearly defined streak rules. In our example, a streak is the number of completed weeks in a row with at least three visits.

Milestones worth celebrating

Recognise milestones such as a member's 50th visit, when the source data supports it.

Favourite training times

Reveal common training days and times, based on the attendance records available.

Gym-branded reports

Use your colours, logo and identity so the recap feels like it came from your gym.

Automated monthly delivery

Aim to deliver recaps automatically each month, without members needing another app.

A new way to make membership feel personal.

RepWrapped is designed to give gym operators another way to connect with members, without adding to the team's workload.

We're pre-launch, so we aren't making claims about retention, revenue or referrals. We'd rather explain what we're designing it to do and talk it through with you.

  • Give members a reason to reflect

A monthly recap invites each member to look back at how they've been training, in a way a simple visit count doesn't.

  • Recognise consistency without manual effort

Recaps are designed to be created from your attendance data, so staff don't need to put together a summary for every member.

  • Add another touchpoint

A monthly message from your gym can support the relationship between visits, alongside what your team already does on the floor.

  • Reinforce your gym's identity

Your logo, colours and tone on every recap, so the message is clearly from you.

  • Offer optional, shareable moments

Members who want to celebrate a streak or milestone get a graphic made for sharing. Members who don't can simply skip it.

Help shape the next generation of gym member recaps.

RepWrapped is a service we're developing for independent gyms and boutique fitness studios. The idea is to turn the attendance data you already have into a personalised monthly recap for each member, in the spirit of the year-in-review summaries people enjoy from music and fitness apps, but every month.

We're pre-launch, so what's described on this site is what we're building towards, not a finished product.

Your members put in the work. Give them something to show for it.

Let's explore how personalised monthly recaps could fit your gym.

Request a Demo

Let's talk about your gym.

Tell us a little about your gym and we'll get back to you to discuss whether RepWrapped is a good fit.

  1. You send a short enquiry.
  2. We reply to talk about your setup.
  3. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a demo.

We'll use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry. Please don't include personal information about your members.
